3 Physchological Ways To Make Yourself a RockStar Blogger

The need for blogging and the apparent benefits it has doesn’t need to be mentioned to you. The very fact that you are reading this indicates that you are already on a nitro-pushed quest to do better as a blogger. I just realized that by doing the things below, you could really prepare yourself to be a blogging hero — a rockstar blogger. See what can be done to ensure you get that power:

Let Your Desperation for Success lead You: I was reading a post titled How To Fire Your Productivity Up In 3 Short Steps and I really liked what Abdul Vasi says out there — use your desperation to fuel your quest to blog better. Abdul suggests that you got to be able to unleash the power feeling desperation is to be able to do better and become more productive. I loved it so much that I thought I should  just quote it verbatim

” Usually, the word desperate is frowned upon and many a times, you might not like to be noted as such. However, it works for productivity. It brings about an insatiable craving to do better each day. When you are desperate, you have energy levels that normally people do not exhibit. As a desperate person, you can find your way through brick walls and never stop at anything. Desperation, like jealousy, is a potent and powerful feeling.”

Auto-suggestion: Did you ever feel the power of auto-suggestion? Do you how powerful auto-suggestion is? It is just a fancy term for something you keep telling yourself in a positive note. I know it sounds lame but don’t let that simple thing fool you. The crippled walk up-right, the blind start to see and all sorts of unthinkable things happen when you unleash the potent power of auto-suggestion and push yourself to do things which you never thought possible.

Kick Yourself When You get Comfortable: I personally do this all the time — just when I think I am happy with my work, I push myself even harder. If I can write 5 articles every 2 hours and I am really happy with the results, I try to do 8 articles next time within the same 2 hours. If I see that my efforts are paying off, I push that effort even  harder. I do that because I want more. I can’t stop with being mediocre. I have to kick myself each time I reach a milestone, because I demand more from myself.

Set your  expectations high, be desperate for success and let your auto-suggestion run the show for you with some constant reality check thrown in for good measure by kicking yourself just when you think you got this close to your goals.
