Increase Your Blog Subscriptions!

One really great way to increase subscriptions is using a pop-over opt-in box this will increase your newsletter subscription rate over the standard opt-in form placement that is in your navigation bar on your site. If you have never implemented pop-overs, because you are concerned that it would turn off visitors to your site. One of the major players in the blogging world is Darrin Rowse from Problogger.net he is using it with his blog.

By adding a pop-over opt-in box on your blog, your subscriptions per day can really take off. Many people have been very happy with the results and say they will continue using the pop-over!

If you use AWeber to manage my email subscriptions you can also use AWeber’s lightbox hover option to create the pop-over opt-in box. The lightbox hover pop-over opt-in will grey out the background of your blog and puts the opt-in box on top of your blog’s content.

One quick side note about the pop-over box is You can set it so that it is only displayed the first time they visit your blog. On their subsequent visits it won’t show up. By setting it to only show up once per visit this will keep it from being to intrusive to your visitors. The Main thing is that if you want to increase your email subscriptions you might want to consider using a pop-over opt-in on your site or blog. It will help you increase newsletter and blog subscriptions.
