I have had many of these same experiences with MS operating systems. The service is not much help either. one time I had to pay 50 bucks just to get some service from them. This is why one of my top goals is to purchase an Apple MacbookPro as soon as possible. On there defense they also have made our world a different and better place. With this allowing us all to more productive on and off line. It is like a love hate thing and for you write now a hate thing. Wow how do you really feel?
