I think another problem is that many bloggers write about topics completely different from what they are selling. Many freelancers offer copy writing, wordpress development or web design services but spend their time writing about lifestyle design, travel or other unrelated topics.

Writing about topics that your customers are interested in is important to establish your credibility and it will bring in some related search engine traffic. The goal is to get customers, not write a personal diary.</description>
